Vinpearl Ho Tay is a high end mixed-use complex that will include apartments, service apartments, 5-star hotel of 200-250 keys, and supporting Facilities. A total GFA of around 240,000m2 is expected. 

Two towers rise from the eastern side in a sinuous wave, taking the elegant form of traditional Vietnamese boats. Rotation of the towers create focus and a dialogue, while the varying heights respond directly to the Brief and adds a further dynamic quality to the composition.
